Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend ship no earlier than the following Monday.

Delays can occur due to high volume at postal and shipping carriers. This is outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where Your Items Ship From

Items ship directly from suppliers outside the United States and are delivered to you by USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier, within the United States (the option shown at checkout).

Taxes, Customs, and Import Responsibility

Because items ship directly from suppliers outside the United States, you as the customer are the importer of record. This means that:

• Prices on the website are listed in USD and do not include sales tax or import charges.
• You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees the carrier may bill on import into the United States.
• These costs are not included in the price on our website.

We recommend checking the current customs and import rules with U.S. Customs and Border Protection before you order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive – where available – a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

Risk of Loss and Damage

Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been delivered. Always inspect your shipment when it arrives. Visible shipping damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and to us at support@eoka.se.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed within the stated time and is returned to us, the purchase is considered completed. In that case, the order value is refunded minus $14.95 for return shipping, handling, and administration.

If you'd like us to reship the package, a fee of $19.95 applies. The package will not be reshipped until the fee has been paid.

Delayed Delivery

If your delivery is delayed and we haven't notified you in advance, contact us at support@eoka.se and we'll help you out.
